E.E.” and the distinctive title “Panthermica”, which is located at the 9th kilometer of Thessaloniki – Katerinis, AGROT. 4181 and is legally represented by VAT Number 800809050, Tax Office Ionias Thessaloniki, with G.E.MH Number. 141580805000, with email address [email protected] and store telephone line at 2310569071. (from now on for brevity it is called COMPANY).

The following terms and conditions will apply to the use of the online store www.panthermica.gr. Every user who enters and transacts or uses the services of the online store is deemed to consent and unconditionally accept the following terms set forth here, without any exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, then it is their responsibility to refrain from visiting, using this website, as well as from any transaction or use of the services of the online store.

The COMPANY is committed to the accuracy, truth and completeness of the information listed in the online store, regarding the identity of the COMPANY as well as the transactions provided through the online store. The company, in the context of good faith, is not responsible and is not bound by electronic data entries made due to error/mistake in common experience and is entitled to correct them whenever it becomes aware of their existence.

The COMPANY in the context of its transactions from the online store is not responsible and has no obligation to compensate for any possible damage or loss resulting from the cancellation of orders, from the non-execution or from the delay of their execution, for any reason. If we discover an error through our fault in the price of any of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs will be charged additionally as described on the “Shipping Methods and Charges” page. Any additional charges that may be incurred are clearly displayed and included in the ‘Total’ field on the checkout page.

The Services may contain typographical or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or up-to-date. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time and to change or update information on the website without prior notice. COMPANY reserves the right to refuse to fulfill orders submitted based on incorrect or inaccurate information regarding the Services or containing information that has not been recently updated regarding prices, shipping, payment terms or return policies.

It is pointed out that the COMPANY is not responsible for the dimension of information that may be ascertained by the customer and concern standardized and packaged products from the supplier, which are sold as such through it.

Shipping products

The COMPANY and its partners take all the necessary measures for the timely transfer of the order to the buyer within the framework of the basic delivery schedule of the respective transport company. We cannot guarantee either the arrival time or the exact delivery time of the ordered products, as these depend on the transport companies we work with. Our COMPANY is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or fortuitous events or events beyond its control. In case of any delays, our company will make every effort to contact you. Our company is responsible for the proper delivery of your order to the carrier, and from delivery the risk is transferred to the buyer in accordance with article 524 of the Civil Code.

It is also noted that the cost of transport is what is determined each time by the tariff policy of each transport company with which we cooperate. Our partners in question are solely responsible for shipping charges, which may change prices at any time.

The COMPANY is not responsible for any such price change, and the above prices are the current applicable prices, according to the price list of our partners.

Withdrawal and product returns

panthermica.gr has as its primary goal your complete satisfaction with the quality of its products and services. If you are a natural person (consumer) and your purchase is intended for personal use and not for the service of your professional activity, then you can return your products within 14 calendar days. In this case we will ask you for your bank account details in order to return the value after it has been checked by the relevant returns department.

Our customers can request a replacement of the products or a full refund within 14 working days of the day of delivery of the products provided they comply with all the Return Terms listed below.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded, only the value of the products.

The cost of returning a non-defective product or exchanging it for another is borne by the customer.

The costs for the return and replacement of a defective product are borne by panthermica.gr.

The return or exchange procedure to be followed is detailed below. panthermica.gr reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges of products that have not been returned in accordance with the Terms of the Returns Policy stated below.

Return of Defective Product.

Defective product(s) can only be returned after contacting panthermica.gr, contacting us either by e-mail ([email protected]) or by phone (+30 2310569071) to approve your return. Once panthermica.gr approves the return or exchange of your product(s), you must complete a Returns Form which can be downloaded from here.

Defective product(s) are returned via the shipping company that made the delivery to you. Shipping costs are covered by panthermica.gr

Return of Non-Defective Product or Product Exchange

The Return of a non-defective Product or Product Exchange is only possible after contacting panthermica.gr by contacting us either by e-mail ([email protected]) or by phone (+30 2310569071) to approve your return. Once panthermica.gr approves the return or exchange of your product(s), you will need to fill out a Returns Form that you can download from here.

The cost of returning a non-defective product or exchanging it for another is borne by the customer.

Return Terms

The following conditions must be met in their entirety for the return of products to panthermica.gr:

• The return/exchange request must not exceed 14 working days from the date of delivery based on the receipt documents.
• All returned products must be received by us in the original condition you received them (no signs of wear or soiling) and in resalable condition.
• The product must have all the tags and accompanying documents or leaflets it came with without them being torn or damaged in any way.

If the product and the return process meet all of the above criteria, you can either send the product back to us and get your money back, or we will exchange it for another product of your choice. In case different from the above, panthermica.gr reserves the right not to accept the return.

The customer always has the sole responsibility of sending the product to our address indicated in the Contact Form, as panthermica.gr as the recipient is not able to search for your package.

Please note that you retain the responsibility for the returned items to reach us. panthermica.gr assumes no responsibility for returned products that are lost during the return.

Please allow us 15 working days (from the day the product arrives at our company) to receive and process your return.

Order cancellation

The CUSTOMER has the possibility to cancel his order by phone or email, within 24 hours from the time of its dispatch. The customer reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the order until the process of sending it has started. In case the shipping process has started, the customer can return the product (based on the company’s product return policy, see above) by paying the transport cost of returning the products, as defined above. The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the COMPANY by cancellation of the order. In some cases of orders, an advance payment may be requested.

The CUSTOMER has an obligation to inform the COMPANY in case of cancellation of his order.

Force majeure

If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible for the COMPANY to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time as defined above, we will inform you either by e-mail or by telephone, in order to notify us if you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order. The COMPANY is not responsible for any reason or cause due to force majeure events.

Nullity

If any part of the Terms and Conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you), the enforceability of any other part of the Terms and Conditions will not be affected – all other terms will remain in full force and effect.

Lack of responsibility

losses, demands or damages of any kind relating to the Website or the data appearing on it, including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages; whether these arise from the following indicative matters, loss of profits, loss of income, loss of data, loss of use or otherwise, whether or not COMPANY was notified of the possibility of such losses. The foregoing shall apply whether such claims, losses or damages arise in tort, in contract, in negligence, under applicable law or otherwise. We cannot accept responsibility for defects caused by suppliers in products or services you find on our website. Our primary role is resale and we make every effort, in accordance with the applicable laws governing our actions, to honor this. We cannot be held responsible for defects beyond our control.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union (EU). You agree as CUSTOMERS or USERS of the website, as do we, as the website and COMPANY, that you are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki.
